One of my coworker bought a very nice car last week. He and his wife were very happy about it. He got the car for a very good deal. In fact all of us very happy for him.
Yesterday he went to a temple and on his way came on the freeway. When he took the exit, he could not control the speed while making a turn and made an accident. His car was badly damaged in the front and the back. But luckily both he and his wife were safe.
He called up the insurance and came to know that the car went for a total loss.

This morning when I got a call from him, he said he has a bad news for me and on hearing this I was shell shocked. New car and so much of happiness went for a toss in just a matter of second. But I thanked god that his family was safe. I spoke to his wife as she was crying non stop and still could not come out of the shock. The accident reminds her now and then.

I could still not digest what happened to them. I know how much happy they were last week. In just a week’s time things turned out to be different.

My entire team was supportive to him and his wife. Though we all encouraged him still we ourselves could not digest that his new car has gone for a total loss.

I pray that things get better for him.
